Our Farm
How the idea came to life.
In 2022 I grew edible flowers and herbs for my families restaurant / local cafes and restaurants and family and friends. It was ever so tiny, but I just loved it.
My Mum, a chef and aromatherapist would use what we grew in cooking and for her soaps and skincare products. When I started Myrtle Creek Manor, a small rescue sanctuary, We wanted to offer a way for people to support us, without asking for donations, that's when we decided to sell what we had been making and using for years, our soaps. I loved growing something that would then be turned into a beautiful product, that's when I decided 'I should do this on a larger scale' so, here we are! and still, our profits support our sanctuary. Our Sanctuary is home to 50 + Rescue Animals! We provide them with a safe and loving forever home, you can see more of what we do on our website and socials (we even have Tik Tok)
The Greenhouse
Where it all starts.

After many years of those instant up green houses, blowing away in the wind, losing my seeds and being broken into by my recue animals, we finally decided to build our own.
We looked at Poly Tunnels, DIY kits and other companies, all which were simply out of budget. My partner, Jesse and I built this using recycled wood from an animal pen we took down, we bought the sheets and a few other bits and pieces and ended up with this beauty.
I remembered planting my first seedlings - 10 days it would apparently take to germinate, Well, you bet Jess and I did a little happy dance when a little sprout popped out at only 4 days, conditions were PERFECT!
The Plan
Where the idea started to become a reality.

A large area of dirt became our Micro Flower Farm, I'm not going to lie, I had NO IDEA where to start. There was no fence, no water and poor soil. But, I saw potential!
I took a photo and sketched this, this photo was my motivation and i look forward to seeing this "Plan" come to life.
My Neighbour helped me level the area, My Dad bought home a truck load of chicken poo from his work, we hired a Kanga and spent weeks on tilling and bed prep. This patch has been a labour of love.

Where it all happens.
The Flower Farm
Flowers have become more than just a business to me they’ve become a way of life.
What started as a love for beautiful blooms quickly grew into long days on the farm, early mornings at flower markets, and countless hours learning everything I could about growing, designing, and creating with flowers.
Over the years, I’ve attended workshops and learnt from some of Australia’s best florists and flower growers, constantly refining my skills and pushing my creativity further. But honestly, some of the biggest lessons came from simply doing, making mistakes, trialling new varieties, losing crops, learning seasons, and starting again. Flower farming has taught me patience, resilience, and the beauty of growth in every sense.
Now, after seasons of hard work and hands-on experience, we harvest buckets upon buckets of seasonal blooms grown right here on our family farm. Every stem is nurtured with care, from seed to harvest, allowing us to create flowers that feel natural, abundant, and full of life.
There’s something incredibly special about watching a tiny seed transform into a flower that becomes part of someone’s wedding, celebration, home, or everyday moment. That connection is at the heart of everything we do.
From growing fresh seasonal flowers to creating thoughtful arrangements and supplying wholesale blooms, our passion lies in sharing flowers that feel genuine, garden-inspired, and deeply connected to nature. Every arrangement tells a story and we feel so grateful to grow and create flowers that become part of yours.
