Shipping Policy

Please note - All Dried flowers, bouquets, and wreaths cannot be shipped to TAS, WA or NT. This is due to biosecurity laws that protect our environment. Please do not order these items if you are in one of these states. These items also do not ship overseas, for the same reasons

When orders are dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number. This is the best way to receive updates on where your order is and is expected delivery time.

We pack orders Monday - Friday, and aim to have a 48 hour turn around.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 24 hours of receiving the package.
