- Keep them out of direct sunlight:
The colours of your dried flowers will fade if exposed to too much direct sunlight. Display your dried flower bouquets in areas with low light, or at least indirect sunlight.
- Humidity is not your friend: Humidity can cause mildew to grow, and puts your dried flowers at risk of rotting - and we don’t want that! Do your best to keep your dried flowers out of humid area
If they're exposed to to much humidity, your flowers will start to droop. If this happens hang them upside down (if you can) or move them into a warm dry space quickly.
- Be gentle with them: If you want your dried flowers to last as long as possible, it’s important not to move them around too much. The petals are quite delicate and will become crushed or broken if handled too roughly or too often.
- Regularly dust your dried flowers: Just like any other type of decoration, these flowers will collect dust over time. Gently dust them to keep them looking clean and fresh.
- Keep them in a safe place: By this we mean out of reach of naughty pets and children, and in a place where they won't be knocked over. We also recommend keeping your dried flowers away from any open flames - like candles or fireplaces - and out of the way of strong airflows, such as those caused by fans, draughts and air-conditioners.
